- Repair of surface laminate and small core replacements
- Repair processes by hand lay-up and vacuum consolidation

Level 3 – Structural Blade Repair 10 days

- Knowledge of structural defects and damage on blades
- Knowledge of resin infusion process for repair tasks
Certified technician can carry out:
- Repair according to OEM service work instructions
- Repair on structural blade parts of fiberglass with polyester/epoxy matrix
- Repair process, hand lamination, vacuum consolidation, and resin infusion
- Repair of structural bond lines
- Documentation following GBS standard
- Repair tasks according to global standard for safety and quality
GBS Mesh Repair 3 days

- General knowledge of mesh as LPS
- Knowledge of resin infusion process for mesh repair
- Knowledge of health risk when working on LPS
Certified technician can carry out:
- Carry out vertical replacement of mesh by vacuum infusion
- Measure out resistance in repair mesh by use of milliohm meter
- Documentation following GBS standard
- Repair tasks according to global standard for safety and quality
GBS Inspection LPS 1 day
Acquired competences
- Knowledge of general construction of lightning protection system on blades
- Knowledge of health risk when working on LPS
Certified technician can carry out:
- Inspection, recognize typical lightning damages on the surface and structure of the blade
- Measure out resistance in LPS using milliohm meter
- Documentation following GBS standard
GBS Structural Carbon Repair 5 days

- General knowledge of carbon structure in blades
- Knowledge of prepreg as repair process
Certified technician can carry out:
- Repair of structural pultruded carbon flange or carbon prepreg part
- On-site repair, using prepreg process, adapted to environmental conditions

- Repair tasks according to global standard and ATEX for safety and quality
GBS Supervisor – Quality Assurance 5 days

- Supervise blade techicians onsite or remote for inspection and repair tasks
