Level 1

Certified technician can carry out:

Internal and external inspection, documentation and classification of defects, damages and degradation.

View Level 1 technicians

Level 2

Certified technician can carry out:

Surface laminate and small core repairs, hand lay-up and vacuum consolidation, reconstruction of surface geometry, topcoat/LEP work and repair documentation.

Level 3

Certified technician can carry out:

Structural blade repairs according to OEM work instructions, including hand lamination, vacuum consolidation, resin infusion, structural bond-line repair and documentation.

Certified technician can carry out:

Supervision of blade technicians onsite or remotely, support of repair teams using technical documentation, and storage and organisation of project data.

Repair of structural pultruded carbon flanges or carbon prepreg parts, including on-site prepreg repair, documentation and work according to applicable safety and quality requirements.
